With a month filled with opportunities for connection and inspiration, I am reminded once again of the transformative power found in intentional pauses, self-care, and community building—essential practices in a world that incessantly demands our attention. The fresh mountain air and embracing an unconventional approach, free from rigid agendas and formalities, offered a space to authentically BE. I also had an inaugural visit to Quebec City for the conference, which was equally impactful, as I presented on inclusion and immersed myself in the city's rich history. As we continue on this journey of connection and inspiration, I always extend the invitation to reach out, so together, we can explore ways to collaborate and contribute to our shared goals.

In the spirit of our celebration this month, I am thrilled to share five outstanding books by women authors on my nightstand that I'm going to be diving into in honor of Black History Month. These books not only showcase the talent of women authors but also contribute to the broader conversation about the experiences of women of color. Furthermore, as we gear up to celebrate International Women's Day 2024 under the theme 'Inspire Inclusion,' I am excited to announce that I am now accepting speaking engagements for Women's History Month. Having been recently accepted as a delegate to the sixty-eighth session of the Commission on the Status of Women at the United Nations, I will bring a global perspective to the crucial dialogue on accelerating gender equality.
