As we step into October, I’m reflecting on the incredible growth and transformation that has taken place over the last few weeks. One exciting new initiative is the launch of my Mastermind Group, a space where a small group of entrepreneurs and leaders come together each month to support one another in business, share ideas, and hold each other accountable. Our first session was filled with rich, inspiring conversations, and I’m excited to see how this group evolves as we help one another grow and push boundaries. It’s all about creating a community that fosters meaningful connections and drives forward progress.

I’ve also had the privilege of traveling to Fort Saskatchewan and Penticton, sharing knowledge on inclusive leadership and cultural competence, with more workshops coming up in Calgary and Vancouver. Connecting with such diverse audiences is a constant reminder of how impactful these conversations can be.

I am also recently returned from the Women Leading program in Italy—a transformative experience that deepened my leadership journey. The program brought together women from various industries to explore how we can lead with authenticity and purpose. I’m still integrating the lessons I learned, and they are already shaping the direction of Erin Davis Co. in exciting new ways.
