As we step into September, I am filled with awe as I celebrate the fourth anniversary of Erin Davis Co. Wow—four years! It’s incredible to reflect on the journey we’ve been on, from small beginnings to now delivering over 20 impactful workshops this year, participating in powerful events across 10 cities, and traveling to New York, Vancouver, Calgary, and beyond to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in communities and workplaces.

Each of these moments has brought opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. This past year alone, we’ve explored Inclusive Leadership, Building Cultural Competence, and even the future of work, all while leading conversations that matter. These experiences have deepened my passion for creating spaces where everyone can thrive, and they would not have been possible without the unwavering support of my community.

I also want to acknowledge the immense support from my husband, who took a step back in his career to give our family the space and capacity for Erin Davis Co. to truly thrive. His belief in this work has been instrumental in helping us get to where we are today, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

Looking ahead, I am more excited than ever about the year to come—filled with more projects, partnerships, and most importantly, conversations that matter. Together, we can continue to push the boundaries of inclusion, equity, and diversity, one conversation at a time.
