What is 2SLGBTQ+ Inclusion?

2SLGBTQ+ stands for Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, with the "+" recognizing other sexual and gender identities. 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion is about creating a space where everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, feels welcomed, respected, and valued.

How it Applies to the Workplace

In the workplace, 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion means more than just policies on paper—it’s about fostering an environment where employees can be their authentic selves without fear of discrimination.
