The moments that shape organizations have shaped my work, too.

For nearly twenty years, I've had the privilege of working alongside organizations navigating some of their most important moments—leadership transitions, organizational change, governance challenges, culture shifts, and conversations that carry real weight.

Today, I partner with executive teams, boards, municipalities, nonprofits, and corporations across Canada to strengthen leadership, navigate organizational complexity, and create the conditions where people—and organizations—can thrive.

My work often begins when organizations find themselves navigating complexity—because those are the moments that shape what comes next.

Whether the challenge involves leadership, governance, organizational change, culture, or inclusion, I help leaders make sense of complexity, bring people into the conversation, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

The Perspective That Shapes My Work

Over the years, my perspective has evolved. Today, I see inclusion not as a standalone initiative, but as the outcome of thoughtful leadership, strong governance, and intentional organizational systems. That perspective continues to shape every conversation I facilitate and every organization I have the privilege of supporting.

What I’ve learned

What I’ve also learned

I've always believed people deserve to work, lead, and contribute in environments where they can thrive—and have the opportunity to reach their highest potential.

Organizations rarely struggle because people don't care. More often, they're navigating complexity while barriers—both visible and invisible—make it harder for people to contribute fully.

The strongest organizations don't succeed because they have all the answers. They succeed because they create environments where people feel trusted, valued, and able to bring their perspectives, ideas, and strengths to the table.

That's why I've come to see inclusion differently over the years. It's not a separate initiative. It's woven into the everyday decisions leaders make, the cultures they shape, and the opportunities people have to contribute, grow, and reach their highest potential.

And perhaps the lesson I return to most often is this:

People want to contribute.
The question is whether the
environment allows them to

How I Show Up

The same solution doesn't work for every organization—because every organization is different. That's why I don't arrive with a predetermined solution. I arrive with curiosity, thoughtful questions, and a commitment to creating the kind of space where honest conversations can happen and meaningful progress can follow.

I Start by Listening.

The most meaningful insights don’t come from assumptions.

They come from listening deeply — to leaders, teams, and the experiences that shape the organization.

I Think Systemically.

Challenges rarely exist in isolation.

Together, we'll look beyond today's challenge to understand the leadership, governance, systems, and culture influencing the bigger picture.

I Ask Thoughtful Questions.

Good questions create clarity.

They challenge assumptions with care, uncover what isn't immediately obvious, and open the door to new ways of thinking.

I Turn Insight into Action.

Ideas only matter when they can be put into practice.

My goal is to help organizations move from insight to action in ways that are thoughtful, achievable, and sustainable.

The Perspective I bring

People are the differentiator.

Leadership creates the conditions.

Trust is built one interaction at a time.

Inclusion is experienced through everyday decisions.

Curiosity creates space for better conversations.

Consistency builds credibility.

The environments we create shape what people believe is possible.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to contribute and reach their highest potential.

Curiosity Doesn’t End at Work.

Curiosity has shaped my career long before it became part of my business.

Outside of client work, you'll often find me recording an episode of Unapologetic, serving on one of the boards I'm fortunate to support, reading a book that's stretching my thinking, or lacing up my hockey skates.

Learning to play hockey as an adult has been one of the most humbling—and rewarding—experiences of my life. It has reminded me what it feels like to be new, to ask for help, and to celebrate progress that often comes one small step at a time.

Whether I'm working with a leadership team or learning something new myself, I try to bring the same mindset: keep learning, ask better questions, and stay open to what I don't know yet.

Maybe Curiosity Is Where We Start?

If you're navigating complexity, asking difficult questions, or trying to figure out what comes next, we may be a good fit.

I work best with leaders who are willing to stay curious—about what's working, what isn't, and what might be possible with a different approach.

If your leadership team needs space to think differently, your board is facing important decisions, or your organization is ready to strengthen leadership, governance, culture, or inclusion in meaningful ways, I'd be honoured to be part of the conversation.

The best work rarely starts with having all the answers.

It starts with curiosity.
